Duckbill Valve for Automotive Applications

This Viton (FKM) duckbill valve provides reliable one-way flow control in automotive fuel systems. Commonly installed on fuel return lines inside the fuel tank, it helps prevent fuel from flowing backward while also reducing fuel aeration and slosh-related noise. Its one-way design can also provide an added measure of fuel-system safety by restricting reverse fuel flow.

When incorporated into a Venturi-style jet pump system, the valve helps keep air from entering the vacuum chamber, allowing the pump to maintain a consistent and uninterrupted flow path.
