Electrical Done Right
The hanger uses a 6-wire, 90-degree bulkhead electrical connector with 4 heavy gauge wires for pump power/ground and 2 wires for sensor output. The connector is secured with a snap ring and sealed with an O-ring, and its orientation can be adjusted simply by rotating it — clean, functional, and reliable.
All power wires are high grade 12awg stranded copper. Sensor wires are 18awg stranded copper. All in-tank wiring is PTFE coated.
Better yet, the hanger ships with a brand new fuel level sensor and low fuel light thermistor, both spec'd to factory standards. Your cluster gauges will read correctly, and compatibility with digital dashes like the Haltech IC-7 has been confirmed.
